Supporting Patients with Multi-Language Education Through Chanl Health
At Chanl Health, we understand the importance of making cardiac rehabilitation education accessible to all patients, regardless of the language they speak. While English is currently the only language available in the Chanl Care App for education that is delivered, we provide playlists for the core education content that can be sent directly to patients.
These playlists, which cover all 12 THRiVE education topics, are typically shared through patient chat at the start of a patient’s program. The content is available in both Spanish and Chinese, offering a valuable resource for multilingual patient populations.
Programs also use these playlists in their educational spaces, displaying them on smart TVs, tablets, or laptops to ensure patients can easily engage with the material in their preferred language. This approach helps create a more inclusive and effective learning environment for everyone and integrates the Chanl Care education experience with your onsite program!
